Buchi, a community-centered, women-founded enterprise, has been crafting living drinks with fruit and botanicals since 2008. Rooted in values of regeneration and positive social impact, Buchi's purpose is to produce high-quality, functional beverages. Founded by two mothers with a passion for fermentation, Buchi began in a small kitchen in Asheville, NC, where kombucha was brewed as a healthy alternative for their children. From humble beginnings, Buchi has grown into a 30,000 sq ft brewery, emphasizing affordable and accessible functional beverages. Transitioning to FedUp Foods P.B.C in 2020, Buchi became the largest private label manufacturing platform focused on fermented functional beverages in North America.
