Since May 2015, 67 Biltmore Downtown Eatery + Catering, helmed by owners Adam & Emily Thome, has been an Asheville downtown institution. Formerly Laurey’s Catering, the Thomes transformed this landmark into their own, specializing in fresh, seasonal comfort foods crafted from scratch. Rooted in the community, they foster close ties with local farmers and vendors. Housed in a historic downtown building, the Eatery provides swift, welcoming counter service, offering made-to-order breakfasts, sandwiches, daily soups, and a deli case filled with vibrant salads and proteins.
