When it comes to chai, local tea makers, Katie Ames, Tommy Winant and Joel "Windfox" Boyle don't cut any corners. Inspired by the flavorful and complex spices of traditional Indian chai, they began testing and tasting their own twist on a recipe learnt from an old friend during their travels.
