With a cozy atmosphere featuring vintage books and upcycled furnishings, Baked Pie Company offers a delightful experience. Kirsten, alongside pastry chef Emily McCarthy, spent six months developing and researching pie recipes. With 25 pies in rotation, including unique creations like the Unicorn pie, Baked ensures variety, with vegan, gluten-free, and sugar-free options. Recently bought by Tara Robinson, Baked Pie has continued to dazzle tastebuds and keep the recipes in rotation that we know and love.
